We are currently growing at a rapid pace with more and more people drinking O.J. Beer! To support this growth, we are looking for an experienced hands-on HR Manager to help us retain, engage and nurture the O.J. Beer team.

The role will focus on a range of areas related to the employee lifecycle ensuring we have a highly effective people framework in place across employee relations, HR processes, learning and development, performance management, benefits and tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Support managers to handle employment relations issues such as dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances and absence.
  • Advise managers on the terms and conditions of employment and knowledge share best practice with them.
  • Continuously monitor and review people policies & processes.
  • Develop and implement changes where necessary.
  • Assess training needs to design, deliver and monitor relevant training initiatives.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and employee engagement.
  • Support managers with performance-related issues.
  • Monitor, review and further build out our benefits package ensuring it is attractive but also sensible and scalable
  • Ensure HR tools and systems are fit for purpose and implement changes where necessary.

Requirements:

Business Development Manager (South America)

O.J. Beer are recruiting a Business Development Manager for South America to drive our presence forward. This role involves identifying, developing and maintaining relationships with potential retail buyers of O.J. Beer, our own branded range of beers including pilsener, strong, wheat and fruit flavoured beer.

Candidates must have a drive and love for selling, building and maintaining long term relationships and focus on working hand in hand with partners to grow their business with O.J. Beer.

This role requires a high level of attention to detail, a proven track record in sales, project management skills and the ability to succeed independently. This is a full-time role based in Breda in the Netherlands with frequent travel around mainland Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop long and short-term strategies and tactics for growth.
  • Identify appropriate partners to establish and maintain relationships within Europe.
  • Manage, monitor and assist partners in order to maximize their sales results.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas per store.
  • Meet revenue and profit targets.

Requirements:

  • 5 or more years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record in sales.
  • Must be self-driven and confident with face to face selling.
  • Excellent communicator and charismatic personality.
  • Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.
  • Full clean driving license required.
  • Must be willing to travel very frequently.
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
