When you shop online liquorzaar.com, you are shopping directly from us.
How does your payment operate?
We use Stripe to securely process your payment. Stripe is specifically designed to operate in an e-commerce environment. It is a secure payment gateway and complies with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI/DSS). Stripe has been audited by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
I have been issued a refund. Why has it not shown up in my bank account?
Refunds to credit or debit cards can take up to 10 working days to appear in your account.
How will my product arrive?
All product is shipped with UPS. You will receive an email with tracking details once your package has been shipped.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
For mainland Europe, you can expect to receive your order with 3-5 working days. For the rest of the world, please allow up to 10 working days.
How do I create a customer account?
On the top right hand corner of the screen you can select ‘MY ACCOUNT’ and follow the directions from there.
Do I have to create a customer account?
Setting up an account makes ordering online quicker and easier for you. We securely store your shopping information so that when you visit us again online you can simply login with your email and password.
This allows you to complete your order without having to enter all your information each time you shop. Having an account also gives you the added benefit of being able to amend the details or cancel your order as may be required.
You can also shop as our guest with no need to create an account. To do so, simply add items to your basket and when you go to checkout you will be presented with the option to sign in, sign up or check out as a guest.
How do I access my account?
Once you have logged in to your account, from your account page you can:
- Review your orders;
- Set default billing and shipping addresses;
- Subscribe to our newsletter;
- Update your wish list;
- Manage your refunds;
- And much more!
How do I edit my account details?
When logged in to your customer account, choose the ‘Account’ option in the left hand menu to update or amend your key details including default email address and passwords.
You can also add new addresses under ‘Address Book’ in your account.
How do I opt in or out of the newsletter?
Once you are logged into your account on the top of the screen, click ‘Account’ on the left hand menu to see the subscribtion options to our newsletter or opt out of receiving our latest offers by email.
How do I know that my payment and account details are secure?
Liquor Zaar is compliant with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). We take ecommerce trading security as well as the retention of data very seriously, this item is under constant review and subject to change in line with industry standards.
What assurances do I have in terms of credit card security?
Liquor Zaar takes online security extremely seriously and have taken rigorous precautions to ensure that your payment information is processed confidentially and accurately. All of our processes follow industry standard, our data centre is independently certified from a PCI/DSS and also an ISO 27001 perspective.
Liquor Zaar does not hold sensitive payment details about our customers. When a consumer enters their card details during a transaction, our Payment gateway Stripe retains all the information about your card and only issues a CRC with a unique token identifier. This token then allows us to process the cost of your order against your card. It also allows us to issue refunds or process, for example, backorder charges. We don't have access to your complete card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order simply email us on email@example.com.
My order has not yet dispatched, what can I do?
If there is a delay in dispatching your order, we will be in contact to advise of timescales etc. We do our best to ship any order within two working days. If you would like to speak to a member of the customer support team please mail your order number including any relevant detail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
My order has been dispatched but has not arrived, what should I do?
If your order has been dispatched but not yet received, please note:
- If your delivery was being made using a tracked service, your dispatch email will give you a tracking number and the name of the courier company. Using this you can monitor progress of your order directly from the courier’s website.
- If your order has not been received within the advertised time frame, please contact email@example.com with the order number and any further details.
My order has arrived but the products are incorrect. What should I do?
If something is missing from your order or if we've sent you an item which is different to what is listed on your invoice, we will exchange the items for the correct items and refund your standard postage costs for returning the item.
My order has arrived but the products are damaged. What should I do?
We do everything to ensure that your products arrive in pristine condition. If there is a problem with faulty or damaged goods we will try to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Taxes and duties
Who pay for taxes and duties?
The price of any goods or services sold using liquorzaar.com are displayed prior to purchase inclusive of any customs, import, export, and excise duty, VAT and other taxes of the Netherlands and we will not charge or seek to charge the buyer for any customs, import, export, and excise duty, VAT or other taxes from the Netherlands. All other export duties and VAT are the responsibly of the buyer. Goods are sold VAT and duty paid ex works.
